Our full-time professional inspectors and support staff will provide the following:

• All inspection requirements provided with one phone call.
• Inspection scheduled and completed in a timely fashion.
• A comprehensive, easy to read, narrative report prepared SPECIFICALLY for your home by the inspector who conducted the on-site inspection.
• All reports and certifications are prepared for mailing within 3 business days after completion of inspection and full payment. Most are mailed within 1 business day. (Excluding radon testing and water analysis).
• Additional copies and faxing at no additional charge.
• Free telephone consultation throughout the purchase process and for as long as you won the home we inspect.
• All questions will be handled promptly by our experienced staff.
• Our comprehensive, detailed and thorough inspections typically require 2-3 hours.
• Inspections are scheduled to provide enough time to be completed accurately.
• Buyer presence is requested to provide a complete understanding of the home and its systems. Special attention will be given to areas of concern.
• All inpsections are performed by a NJ licensed home inspector and ASHI member in accordance with NJ and ASHI's standards of practice.
